While I was away in Aus, my diet was not the healthiest. I would eat a lot of carbs in the form of bread and pasta. Why? Because it's cheap and I was travelling. So I ended up putting on some weight. Though some of the weight was muscle from the hard work I was doing, but I'd say most of the weight was from drinking, eating loads of carbs and not exercising enough.
So, when I came home I decided to try and stay away from eating bread and pasta. I've lost a little bit of weight and don't feel swelled up anymore. I don't want go back to being as skinny as I was before Australia but I do want to be toned and fit. I've now challenged myself to do some type of workout or activity every day for 30 days. It's been five days now and I've been working out every day and I'm actually enjoying it. I've done bum workouts, abs & core, swimming, more core & abs, and I've even been out for a run which I detest. I think It's going to be interesting to see what my body looks like 25 days from now. Hopefully there will be some payoff.
