I woke up with my whole lowtbody being so soar from yesterday's leg and booty workout. Could barely get myself down the stairs, but it's a good feeling too because I know my workout was effective. Now I'm just having breakfast. I've been loving fresh fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast, it's so fresh and looks so yummy.
