Tranquil is the best word to describe this place. Located right on Pakarang beach in Khao Lak. If your looking for a spot to just sit down and relax under the parasol, eat some amazing thai (or western food) or even surfing without there being a million other people, this is the place for you. Great hospitality and a very friendly vibe.

So large, so gentle, so intelligent, so beautiful, so wonderful.
Went to a beautiful little Elephant Sanctuary to only feed, wash, and observe these beautiful giants. I can now tick of seeing an elephant on my bucket list. Why? Was it hard? What do you eat? Why?Short answer, I watched Cowspiracy on Netflix. I couldn't believe how unaware a lot of people are (including myself at the time) about how big of an issue cattle is to the environment. Unfortunately a lot of people seem to have the attitude of "just because I stop eating meat won't end the problem". But in my opinion everyone could and should decrease the amount of meat they consume. I really wish that people would open their eyes and see what the cattle and meat consumption is doing to the environment. If everyone could just cut down on the amount of meat they eat or consider not eating it at all, it would at least be a small change in the right direction. How?If there's a will, theres a way. I took it week by week, after the first week without meat I thought I could easily do another so I did, and I kept going. By the time I had been meat-free for an entire month I didn't want to give up "the hard work" so I stuck with it. The first month was really about readjusting, my stomach obviously wasn't used to the new diet and it was making me super bloated. But now I'm fine, I feel so good. What do I eat?Giving up some my favourite foods like bacon, teriyaki chicken and dads spaghetti bolognese was hard but it's really not that bad. There's still so many amazing foods I can eat, because I still eat fish it makes it a little easier. I'm by no means a bodybuilder or fitness expert but I do train a fair amount and fish is a great source of protein which is why I still eat it, and because I love seafood.
As I still eat fish it actually makes me a pescatarian, but not everyone would know what that means, so I usually just say "I'm a vegetarian but I eat fish". I know theres a problem with overfishing and the oceans but I'm not ready to give up seafood quite yet. When I was in London last month I picked up some products from Charlotte Tilbury which I am so exited to write about. Charlotte Tilbury is an incredible makeup artist from England who also has her own line, a high end brand named after herself. After watching almost every single makeup tutorial of hers I was itching to get hold of some of the products. If there's no Charlotte Tilbury counter near you or in your country at all, you can order online, HERE. Light Wonder Foundation, The Retoucher Conceal & Treat Stick, Lip Cheat and Brow Lift.. Portfolio website setup, interview prep, essay writing, emotional breakdowns, work, training are some of the things that have kept me super busy the past few weeks. I genuinely haven't had the time nor the inspiration to write. Now that I've got all of these things sorted out I can focus on fun things such as working out consistently, writing and feeling not as stressed out. I have been working on a few things that I'm going to be sharing with you shortly.
This gorgeous, buzzing little café certainly wowed me. I barely even know where to start, it was such a great experience coming to this café. When we walked in it was jam packed, we actually had to wait for approximately 10 minutes to be seated. I usually go by how crowded a restaurant or cafe is, if there's a lot of people it must be good. And waiting 10 mins to be seated was well worth it.
If you're not into cakes and all the sweet stuff, thieve got your back. They also has a beautiful range of salads and food pies, fish, you name it. We went to the café on Brompton but they also have shops in Fullham, Soho, Kings Road, Belgravia and Mayfair.
So it's that time of the year again where everywhere you look theres heart shaped balloons, red roses and boxes of chocolates on offer for you to buy for your valentine. Every shop I walk by is just another reminder that yet again, I won't be getting any red roses or chocolates. Am I bitter? okay, yeah I'll admit I'm a little bitter. Six months ago I thought valentines day was going to be so different than to how it has now turned out. I was exited to celebrate this silly commercial day. Buuuut, life happened and thats not the reality unfortunately. Here are a few ideas of things you could do if you're in the single boat, just like me:
Negin MirsalehiNegin is my absolute favourite blogger/vlogger. She's not just insanely beautiful, she has the most amazing fashion style. She's from Amsterdam, Netherlands but she is on the go all the time. I love scrolling through her perfect Instagram feed filled with travel, food and style inspiration. She also has a Youtube channel where she uploads weekly. In her videos you get to see her in a more personal way, and she's actually really funny too. She has been on the covers of Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and loads more. She also has her own haircare range called Gisou, heat protectant and hair oil are the two products that she sells. If you're looking for a blogger that will give you inspiration this is without a doubt the girl to follow. Her hair is goals, her food photos are goals, her travel photos are goals, her outfits are goals, she is goals!
Where to fin her: Youtube // Instagram // Blog All images used are from Negin's instagram. As I've now submitted my college applications and it feels so good. Though now I nervously have to wait for the answer, will I get in or not? I won't know until the end of March and and this point there's nothing I can do to influence the possible offer. For now all I can really do is hope and forget about it for a little while so I don't stress out too much. So now I'm going to focus on other thing's I need to get done, like taking my drivers license and my training before I go to Thailand.
